How many times in recent years have you been at meetings discussing money. Money for trivialities: Transportation, accommodation, getting out of town for rest, arranging meetings with your counterparts 30 miles away, or the logistics of getting speakers to attend your events?
Underground B&B is aiming a movement wide solution to all of these problems and free up everyone’s time for more important matters. The requirement from you is to send us the details of the lodgings, storage and transportation your community can offer, and the terms of use which you are comfortable with. Or to use us first if you need transport, accommodation, storage, or any other travel arrangements.
We will do our best to list as many venues, rooms, apartments, storerooms, transportations, and any other facilities we can think of, and try and coordinate trips, visits, relocations, gigs, conferences, storage and haulage with whatever is available.
We ask that any participating organization elects a delegate to be your local Underground B&B Rep. This Rep should then gather and compile a list of every resource the group can provide in as much detail as seems necessary, the size and quality of every space, mobile or otherwise, pictures, terms and availability. Once we have a database and the list of Reps to contact. Underground B&B can become the travel agent and courier for the freedom movement.
In the first place, we ask that you reply, filling the form below. If there is sufficient uptake (say 50 facilities and 10 Reps), we will go ahead and form the enterprise.
